How does it work on delivery day?
So, on all delivery days (except Saturday), customers receive a text message to their mobile, the night before delivery, reminding them of their next-day delivery. This will have an estimated time of delivery programmed, which you will be able to track the next day through their logistics link. Another text message is sent to the customer when the delivery has been successfully made.
For Saturday deliveries, customers will receive a text message on the morning of their delivery day, and will also receive a text message when delivery has been successfully made.
