There are lots of delicious recipes for beans, steamed, cooled in salads, side dishes and even lovely and crunchy eaten raw. They are a a very healthy vegetable and a good source of vitamins A, C, and K, and of folic acid and fibre. Our veggies are grown from seed. We plant, grow and harvest on our farm.
